A good MORNING sex life helps you live longer

Proper SEX methods.

The missionary position. Or man-on-top is said to be the position that's best for getting pregnant. This is because this particular position allows for the deepest possible penetration, making it possible for the sperm to get deposited closest to the cervix. place her legs over your shoulders. This shortens her vaginal canal, so your penis feels bigger inside her.

Raise the hips.
Elevating the hips, which can be done by placing a pillow behind her, can also be helpful because this exposes the female cervix to as much semen as the male can release.

Orgasms. Finally, while this has nothing to do with sexual positions, there are also researches that suggest the importance of the female orgasm in conceiving. According to studies, female orgasm leads to contractions that could push sperm up into the cervix. The lesson: have fun while trying to conceive.
Q: Is male infertility a serious threat?
A: It accounts for 40 per cent of all infertility, primarily due to sperm defects. Sometimes this is brought on by external factors like tight innerwear, very hot baths, smoking, exposure to radiation and toxic chemicals. Sometimes there's a physiological basis-diabetes, hypothyroidism or genetic aberrations.
Q: What about infertility in women?
A: I see many young women who show signs and symptoms of polycystic ovaries, a condition associated with metabolic disorders and obesity. From job pressure to vehicular pollution, postponing parenthood to sexual liberation, fast food to sedentary lifestyle, all have been linked to infertility.
Conception Timeline
A: woman's fertility peaks between age 27 and 34. That's the best time to have the first baby. The best time to get pregnant? Watch out for the narrow window of time during ovulation, two weeks into the menstrual cycle. The life of a human egg is about 36 hours, while a sperm can survive in a woman's body for about 48 hours.

30% more chances of conception every month if a couple engages in unprotected sex at least two times a week.
Myth : Daily sex increases chances of pregnancy
Reality : No it doesn't. It may, in fact, bring down sperm count on the day of ovulation.

Make love often. This is a tough one to do in a relationship because work, kids, and household chores don't always leave time and energy for sex with your partner. But, sex is important in a relationship and should be made a priority. Try making a plan to make love at least twice a week: once during the week and once on the weekend. Stick to this as best you can so that you and your partner know that when to expect intimacy. While this isn't always romantic, you can make it so by turning on some soft music, lighting candles, or taking a bubble bath together. Making love will keep you and your partner close and keep the relationship new and exciting. Without sex, a relationship becomes dull and partners become more like roommates than lovers. It's important to make sex a priority so that both partners feel a connection to one another. By making love at least twice a week, you'll keep the spark a live and help your relationship to become exciting and new again.

A new study has revealed that a great morning sex life will not only help you feel and look younger — it will also help you live longer.
Morning sex can strengthen your immune system for the day by enhancing your levels of IgA, an antibody that protects against infection.

Other studies suggest that the benefits do not end there. A study at Queens University in
Belfast found that having sex three times a week could halve the risk of heart attack or stroke.
Research from Nottingham University also revealed that men who kept up a regular sex life in their 50s were also at lower risk of developing prostate cancer.
According to the research, adults who make love first thing in the morning apparently not only feel more upbeat for the rest of the day, but also benefit from a stronger immune system.

The study suggests that adults who begin their day this way are healthier and happier than those who simply opt for a cup of tea and some toast before heading out of the door.

Not only does it make them less likely to catch a cold or flu, it can also improve the quality of their hair, skin, and nails.

"And it releases chemicals that boost levels of oestrogen, which improves the tone and texture of your skin and hair."

"Having sex in the morning releases the feel-good chemical oxytocin, which makes couples feel loving and bonded all day long," the Daily Mail quoted Dr Debby Herbenick, an American research scientist and sex advice columnist, as saying.
Talk daily with each other. Chat during dinner or at bedtime. There is no one right way to experience sexual pleasure — one must adapt their lovemaking style to best suit their needs.
Experts recommend walking for 30 minutes thrice a week. Also watch what you eat. If you're overweight, you preferably need to lose some pounds before you attempt to have a baby.Familiarise yourself with your cycle. Each woman is different. Remember that ovulation is the best time to get pregnant and symptoms of ovulation include changes in the cervical mucus such as a thin watery, mucus-like discharge. There are several ovulation prediction kits available in the market that can tell you the best time to get pregnant.

While some people claim certain positions are best for getting pregnant, there is no real evidence that agrees with this. While the missionary position is favoured by many, sitting or standing makes it difficult for the sperm to travel upstream. Stay in bed for 15 to 20 minutes after having sex and avoid going to the bathroom, too.

Just because you're in a hurry to get pregnant doesn't mean you should have sex all the time. Sometimes this could result in your man's sperm count getting depleted due to constant
ejaculation. Give it a break sometimes. Ensure your man avoids wearing tight-fitting clothes and spends little time in the jacuzzi.

Love and commitment came out to be the strongest correlated motive to sexual satisfaction for both men and women, while having sex for self-esteem or for resources (for example, to get a job or to get drugs) was linked with lower satisfaction.

For women, having sex for pleasure and for expression were linked to higher sexual satisfaction, but having sex to seek a new experience was linked to lower sexual satisfaction.

The researchers report that since their sample was non-clinical, sexual satisfaction skewed higher than it would in a representative population.

The findings have been published in the Archives of Sexual Behavior .

A new study has revealed that a great sex life will not only help you feel and look younger — it will also help you live longer.

Dr Eric Braverman, an anti-ageing expert from the US, has written a new book 'Younger (Sexier) You,' in which he says that sex not only raises your hormone levels (so keeping you young), but can also boost your metabolism, brain function, heart health and immunity.

Braverman says that coffee can help boost a flagging
libido, while snacking on peanuts can enhance arousal, reports the Daily Mail .

Eating brown rice can help combat sexual coldness, while avocadoes might increase your capacity for pleasure.

Braverman also points to a study by Queen's University in
Belfast that suggested having sex three or more times a week reduced the risk of heart attack or stroke in men by half.

Orgasms are thought to fight infection - increasing the number of infection-fighting cells by up to 20 per cent.

A recent study also found that greater sexual activity in older men might protect them against prostate
cancer.

According to the doctor, the best aphrodisiacs are asparagus, bananas, cabbage, celery, figs, oysters and sea veggies.

But it's not just about the mechanics of sex. Healthy sexual function is also about how your brain reacts to the messages it's receiving from your body, he adds.

When your brain is working at its peak, brain chemicals are produced and dispersed at the correct levels. A reduced sexual desire can apparently be the first sign there's a problem with one of the four key brain chemicals - dopamine, acetylcholine, GABA and serotonin.

The following spices can also boost dopamine levels: basil, black pepper, cayenne, chilli peppers, cumin, fennel, flax seeds, garlic, ginger, mustard seed, rosemary, sesame seeds, tarragon and turmeric.

Spices good for boosting acetylcholine include allspice, basil, cumin, peppermint, sage, thyme and turmeric.

Alcohol increases GABA levels, but make sure you stop at one or two glasses a day — a man might not be able to maintain an erection and a woman could nod off.

Good antidepressant spices for serotonin include anise, dill, marjoram, nutmeg, peppermint, saffron, spearmint and turmeric.

6 amazing health benefits of sex in a loving relationship
Majority of relationship therapists will tell you that not having sex with your partner frequently enough (at least twice a week) will make either or both of you unhappy, frustrated, depressed. Research shows people who have intercourse (not masturbation) at least once or twice a week are better placed to live longer due to the companionship, happiness and pleasure they both bring.
One passionate sex session and all your problems are gone.

1.      Sex helps your heart: Having sex at least twice a week will heavily reduce your chances of having a heart attack and helps maintain a healthy heart.

2.     Sex relieves stress and tension: This is because the feel good hormones – endorphins and oxytocin – are released during sex.

3.     Sex relieves pain: Studies show that after you orgasm, the hormones released will actually help stop your pain; headaches or any other body pains.

4.     Sex makes you feel and look great: The more sex you have the more hormones like testosterone and estrogen are released into the body and this helps keep your body looking young and fresh. If you want softer skin and shiny hair, then estrogen is your answer.

5.     Sex helps you sleep better : A relaxed sex session, which results in an orgasm, will release the hormone prolactin. This is the hormone that is heavily linked to a good night sleep.

6.     Sex fights disease: People who have frequent sex have a higher level of an antibody called immunoglobulin A (IgA). According to research, these antibodies help combat diseases
