5 easy steps to pump up your heart

Washington, Jan 12 (ANI): Want to keep your heart healthy? Then you need to know the following.

Holly Andersen, director of education and outreach at the Ronald O. Perelman Heart Institute of NewYork-Presbyterian Hospital has offered some easy steps to improve heart health and overall well-being throughout the year.tep 1: Know your numbers. Your blood pressure, cholesterol and triglyceride levels are the most important numbers you will need to know before you begin on the path to good heart health.

Step 2: Start walking. Exercise is the fountain of youth. A simple 20- to 30-minute walk a few days a week can actually reduce the risk of premature death by more than 50 percent.

Step 3: Laugh out loud. Laughter really is the best medicine. Just 15 minutes of laughter is about equivalent to 30 minutes of aerobic exercise with respect to our cardiovascular health. Laughter has also been linked to the healthy function of blood vessels, an increase of the brain hormones that improve mood, and reduction of pain and anxiety.

Step 4: Focus on your waistline, not your weight. Your waistline is a better measurement of your overall health than your weight because the amount of fat around your waistline is directly linked to high blood pressure and high cholesterol and can place you at increased risk for diabetes.

Step 5: Get a good night's sleep. Sleep is one of the most undervalued elements of our daily routines, but it is absolutely vital to good health. Lack of sleep increases your blood pressure, induces stress, increases your appetite and slows down your metabolism, dampens your mood and decreases your cognition. (ANI)

    DRINK WATER ON EMPTY STOMACH


    It is popular in Japan today to drink water immediately after waking up every morning. Furthermore, scientific tests have proven its value. We publish below a description of use of water for our readers. For old and serious diseases as well as modern illnesses the water treatment had been found successful by a Japanese medical society as a 100% cure for the following diseases: Headache, body ache, heart system, arthritis, fast heart beat, epilepsy, excess fatness, bronchitis asthma, TB, meningitis, kidney and urine diseases, vomiting, gastritis, diarrhea, piles, diabetes, constipation, all eye diseases, womb, cancer and menstrual disorders, ear nose and throat diseases.

Those who are old or sick and are unable to drink 4 glasses of water at the beginning may commence by taking little water and gradually increase it to 4 glasses per day.

    6. The above method of treatment will cure diseases of the sick and others can enjoy a healthy life.

    The following list gives the number of days of treatment required to cure/control/ reduce main diseases:

    1. High Blood Pressure (30 days)

    2. Gastric (10 days)

    4. Constipation (10 days)

    5. Cancer (180 days)

    6. TB (90 days)

    Very soon, this will turn into fats and lead to cancer. It is best to drink hot soup or warm water after a meal.

    Really this has been an article of the year so far. Kindly pay your attention to the shapes of most common dry fruits and vegetables, God almighty has created us and He has also created things to keep us healthy and some of these things have shapes similar to the organs or parts of our body. For example almond has the shape of human heart and latest discovery reveals that almond is very useful for our heart. Walnut has the shape of our brain so it useful for our brain (a research has been done in unani medicine on it) and if you see cross section of the eye, you will be astonish to know that it has striking resemblance to that of structure of the human eye and we all know that carrot is a very good source of vitamin A and this is the most essentail vitamin for your eyes. And there are many more things to know about. Please pay attention to nature and find yourselves what's in them. . All praise be to God who has created us with uncountable blessings and we can not deny that..
