Rajyavardhan Singh Rathore , the one and only indian  medalist who won silver at OLYMPIC 2004 Says---
 
I am a great believer in the theory of the Man In The Mirror-- the real you who will point out all your faults and shortcomings even the face of the greatest triumph.
Though i believe in DESTINY, there is no substitute for hardwork. To work towards a goal with total dedication is the only way to achieve it.
A thought is the trigger for an action, if you think negative thoughts ,there is no way you can lead a happy and peaceful life.
